Job Scope :
- Possess strong knowledge of Semiconductor Assembly and Advanced Packaging Processes related to industrial equipment.
- Engage with existing and potential customers and manage sales channels to meet revenue targets effectively.
- Demonstrate the ability to independently present company equipment solutions and their advantages to customers at all levels.
- Organize equipment demonstrations and benchmarking activities to achieve successful outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers on technical matters, address complaints, and facilitate timely solutions to resolve issues for assigned projects.
- Supervise internal teams and processes to ensure the timely delivery of equipment and upgrades.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent
- Semiconductor Assembly Equipment knowledge
- Familiar with South East Asia Semiconductor Assembly Equipment Market
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- Project Management experience
