Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating daily operations
- Assist to prepare and submit operational reports and statistics in a timely manner to track performance
- Assist to provide and maintain a good level of staff motivation and discipline
- Manage social media platforms (eg. Homepage banners, social media posts etc.)
- Conduct regular store visits to review marketing strategies, design visually appealing signage, displays and promotional materials
- Responsively address customer's inquiries
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
- Proficiency in basic design software (eg. Adobe Photoshop)
