- Project contract based (start from 29 Jan, estimated 27 months until project completion)

- $4000 to $6000
Requirements:
- Degree/Master in architectural engineering, design, or similar or equivalent, recognized under Board of Architect
- At least 3 years of Experience in a marine construction/construction company is favourable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCAD software/Revit.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with different project stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Reviewing and designing Architectural and engineering plans.
- To coordinate all the Architecture works and maintain submissions.
- Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
- Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
- Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
- Managing project timelines and ensuring deadline adherence.
- Producing detailed reports as required by the project roadmap.
- Using software programs for simulating architectural designs
- Verifying and validating onsite work against plans and designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and trends and integrate them into the design process.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
