Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Power Automate solutions to automate business processes and workflows.
- Integrate existing SAP based systems with Power Automate to automate processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify automation opportunities.
- Configure Power Automate connectors, actions, and triggers to integrate with various Microsoft and third-party applications.
- Develop custom connectors and templates to extend Power Automate functionality and meet specific business needs.
- Create and maintain documentation including process maps, technical specifications, and user guides for Power Automate solutions.
- Test and troubleshoot Power Automate flows to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving errors.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new features in Microsoft Power Automate to optimize solution design and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and system administrators to integrate Power Automate solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities to ensure timely delivery of Power Automate projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in Design and develop automated processes, workflows, and APIs using Microsoft Power Automate to support SAP operations automations.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring Power Automate connectors, triggers, actions, and expressions.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps and Power BI, is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, particularly Azure Logic Apps, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite and SharePoint Online integration with Power Automate.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and design effective automation solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet project deadlines.
