The HR Executive Role
- Serve as a recruitment specialist to provide end to end support for company’s recruitment needs, including sourcing for candidates, managing candidates, overseeing selection, and managing onboarding
- Oversee employee engagement efforts through creating opportunities and programs that promote employee involvement, collaborating with other departments and vendors, as necessary
- Prepare and maintain employment records and contractual obligations for manpower related events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions
- Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
- Provide internal stakeholders with necessary HR support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skill Requirements
- Minimum Education: Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to think critically and make astute decisions

Estimated Salary: $2800 to $3600 monthly
