Job Description
- Site Supervisor must be diligently observing the workers when they are working on site. Site Supervisor must ensure workers are working in a safe manner and their work environment is safe.
- Ensure updated ESS drawing at site and brief all workers on existing services daily.
- To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
- To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
- To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
- To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
- Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
- Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
- Experience with Excavation Pipe laying and Road Reinstatement works.
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from construction sites
- Operate delivery vehicle in safe and efficient manner
- Inspect and maintain vehicle to ensure it's in good condition
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake checks
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Complete delivery paperwork and keep accurate delivery logs
Requirements
- Experience in Excavation Pipe laying, Cable Pulling and Road Reinstatement works will be advantageous.
- Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License
