Job scope and Responsibilities:
- To assist with day-to-day operations in Admin and HR department
- To assist with manpower planning recruitment cycle (job posting, selection, arranging interviews, onboarding and off-boarding process)
- Perform work pass administration such as applications, renewals, cancellations and issuance.
- To assist project administration work.
- Purchase and maintenance of office supplies and equipments
- Monitoring usage and maintenance of company car
- Organizing company events
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience
- Preferably Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
- Good organisation skill
