Job Scope:
- Responsible for the overall management of the Laboratory Quality Management System.
- Lead, manage and coordinate external & internal quality related audits.
- Lead, manage and review department quality management reports and documentations.
- Lead and manage the department external quality assurance services (EQAS) program
- Manage validity of accreditation document (Eg: licenses and certifications).
- Organize department quality trainings
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor, Master, or PhD in Biological Sciences or equivalent
- Certification in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) preferred
- Preferably with 8 to 10 years of technical experience in QA and QC within clinical diagnostic settings
- Preferably with extensive knowledge of compliance requirements based on HCSA, ISO15189, College of American Pathologists (CAP) and other Laboratory Quality Standards.
- Strong project management skills
