- Develop & Lead the Sales activities for all products - Ocean, Air, Courier & Warehousing

- Generate leads, set appointments and present business proposals to potential customers through various communication channels, including: face to face meetings, telephone calls, emails, etc
- Manage and maintain pipelines, respond to requests for information in a timely manner and remain proactive and responsive to prospective customers.
- Plan weekly sales calls
- Follow up on all sales leads.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to management.
- Study the market inclusive, but not limited to competitors, carriers, and manufacturers/ customers to be updated on market trends, fluctuation, change etc
- Self driven and responsible for the "P&L - Profit and Loss"
- Timely response to the Tenders/RFQs
- Effectively interact with other departments including, the account management, operation & logistics teams, and finance department
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
