Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify potential investors and investment opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, presentations, and other materials for capital raising initiatives.
- Support the due diligence process by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial data and investment performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
- Participate in the coordination and execution of investor meetings and events.
- Maintain and update investor databases and CRM systems.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior team members on capital formation activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance investor engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
- Assist in development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 year of experience in finance, banking, or a related field, preferably in a private equity or investment banking environment.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-pace environment.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
