Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing, collecting, compiling, and communicating messages/advice and ensuring compliance with Government procurement policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submit relevant documents on time to fulfill the tenders/project timeline.
- Must attend to detailed specifications and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with appropriate parties, both internal (management and team) and external (government agencies, clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers), to achieve projects’ goals and eliminate information silos.
- Maintain office operation efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and maintain the company database and ensure all the filings are updated.
- Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the Management.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and initiatives as assigned and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or procurement.
- Possess sound knowledge of government procurement policies and processes.
- At least 1-2 years working independently in a new start-up office and providing similar government procurement support.
- Computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good interpersonal skills and proficiency in both English and Chinese communication skills at all levels are essential, as you will need to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in Singapore and China.
- Passion for researching to understand and follow up closely with government procurement updates and processes.
- Independent, meticulous, and willing to take accountabilities.
