Job Requirement
- Nature of Work: Construction of Landed Houses
- Location of Work: Multiple locations as needed
- Working Hours: Mon to Sat - 9am to 6pm
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Diploma in Engineering-related field
- Able to have prompt, open and direct communications and ability to manage complex and diverse projects, teams and conditions, Authorities regulations, with conflict/ dispute resolution skills
- Good leadership and strong decision making skills - ability to manage team of workers and sub-contractors, manage overall project timeline and costs
- Familiar with Microsoft Words, Excel and AutoCAD
