The MasterCard Follow-Up Officer will entail the job of providing MNC bank with the support to the Card Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
- Promote MasterCard to existing customers across various consumer segments by effectively cross-selling credit card value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive client experience.
- Demonstrate strong follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of customers' applications and documentations for processing.
