• Responsible for sourcing cocoa from all African countries
• Having in-depth knowledge of the product and about geographical production such that from which part what quality can be sourced.
• Should have knowledge about the counter party (suppliers) to avoid any default or credit risk.
• Responsible to Trade the cocoa our terminal.
• Responsible for generating sales to buyers in Europe & Southeast Asia.
• Responsible for managing good customer relationships with existing customers and developing new customer base
• Able to provide leadership role to operations team in Singapore & in Sourcing team in Africa to ensure smooth execution of order.
• Able to run positions (price, stock, currency etc.) and able to deliver both top line & bottom line
Job Requirements:
• Degree - Marketing / Business Administration/ Food Technology /MBA
• At least 3 years relevant experience of sourcing Cocoa or similar commodity in Africa. In addition, should be in leadership role and responsible to deliver profit in his recent role as Trader.
• Able to frequently travel to Africa.
