- Sub-contractor- Min 5 years of renovation Experience
- 6 days work weekly.
- Coordinate and oversee all renovation works on project site
- Required to transport renovation workers between different sites.
- Liaise with maincontractors/subcontractors and ensure timely completion of all renovation works and finishes according to quality specification and work schedule.
- Conduct inspections and assess the work performance done on architectural installations issues.
- Assist to evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising at site (Technical matters)- Review and check detailed plans before actual work implementation.
