Salary: Up to $7,000 (Negotiable)
Responsibilities:
- Manage PCBA/SMT production and assembly processes at contract manufacturers in China/Penang.
- Oversee quality control procedures to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and optimize resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on production performance to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in production/operations management within electronics manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of PCBA/SMT processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
