Support Marketing and Business Development team in the activities to promote the company brand and services for the purpose of client’s engagements.
Responsibilities
- Be the voice and face of our brand, initiating first contacts with prospective clients.
- Supports and assists Marketing department with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events.
- Overseeing the design or graphics of marketing materials and ensuring all marketing materials is in line with the company branding.
- Conducting market researches to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audiences.
- Develop strategic plans for marketing and business development.
- Performs some administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, collating and maintain business contacts in directory, preparing of marketing proposals / reports, marketing budgets or any other ad-hocs tasks as required by the Department.
- Reports and works closely with Marketing and Business Development Manager.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, or experienced in Marketing, or a closely related field.
- Someone who is self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, strong negotiation, fostering strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, facilitating effective collaboration and successful business development efforts.
- Candidate must have good project management skills as there may be multiple projects involvement at one time. The ability to organize details and complete projects in a timely manner is crucial in this position.
- Skilled at developing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility.
- Creativity is a plus point as Candidate needs to create visually appealing images and marketing materials that portrays and enhances the company / brand image.
