Job Description:
As a key member of the Policy & Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing and developing HR policies to ensure compliance with prevailing laws and regulations, while also aligning them with the organization’s strategic directives and Cluster HR policies. Your responsibilities will encompass managing various aspects of Strategic Planning for HR, including overseeing the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Enterprise Risk Management framework, and setting strategic goals while monitoring workplans for the HR domain. Additionally, you will conduct environmental scans to stay abreast of leading best practices in human resource strategies and healthcare human capital management, providing crucial support to the HR Domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and develop HR policies to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and strategic directives.
- Manage Strategic Planning for HR, including oversight of the Balanced Scorecard and Enterprise Risk Management framework.
- Set strategic goals and monitor workplans for the HR domain.
- Conduct environmental scans to keep abreast of best practices in human resource strategies and healthcare human capital management.
- Provide support to the HR Domain in implementing leading practices and initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources and/or healthcare industry.
- Prior working experience in the healthcare industry would be advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in knowledge of employment and industrial relations laws and its practical application.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of developing and maintaining positive working relationships across the organization.
