- Maintenance and regular updating of online sales channels – e-commerce website and marketplace store fronts.
- Daily operations of e-commerce website and marketplace store fronts
- Listing and updating of products
- Monitoring of stock movement
- Implementing and improving e-commerce SOP
- Assisting in customer service
- Assisting in monthly sales reports and analysis
- Working closely with Operations Manager, Customer Service and Marketing team
Requirements:
- Internship / Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce role
- Proficient in marketplace platforms
- Data-driven individual
