Responsibilities and Duties
• To assist Sales Director to lead and motivate the sales team, develop and improve all staff to reach and maintain a high level of customer service and sales skills.
• Execute strategies & ideas to improve Company Branding.
• Responsible to review shop transactions on a daily basis as a control to detect and prevent any irregular and suspicious transaction.
• Review individual staff Sales & Shop Sales & present Monthly Sales report to the Sales Director.
• Explore and develop strategy for online Posting.
• Address customer complaints and solve them in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work enviorment according to standard operating procedure.
