Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders, product owners, project manager, scrum master, and front end, and backend developers to understand mobile/web application development and its integrations to determine efficient analysis and testing approaches
- Write manual tests and maintain test case repositories
- Execute tests within each sprint cycle to include: functional/acceptance, integration, regression, performance testing and other testing as necessary
- Manage and report test results
- Identify and conduct root cause analysis of potential bugs and communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical personnel
- Maintain test environments to include managing hardware/software, virtual machines, emulators, and test data, and configuring systems for specific test needs
- Participate in systems monitoring and review issue reports
- Participate in team-building and drive QA efforts towards continuous process improvement.
