Job Responsibilities
- Ensure timely development of system implementation, customisation, and enhancement program
- Liaise with Business User on Requirement Gathering
- Parameter handling and Product Setup in application
- Perform System Integration Test (SIT) and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Evaluate & resolve User Service Request and production defects
- Responsible for deployment activity in Insurance Application System
- Liaise with internal & external auditors on Insurance Application System
- Administrator and end-user support for Direct Marketing module
- To be involved in ad-hoc activities and IT projects, as and when required
Requirements
- Min Diploma Holder in IT related field
- Min 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Preferably possess a brief understanding of the general insurance/banking business
