1. Responsible for writing policy-as-code within GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
2. Develop policy-as-code templates and scripts within GitLab repositories to define security controls, and compliance rules.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate policy requirements into code, conduct code reviews, and ensure policy enforcement aligns with organizational standards.
4. Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated policy enforcement mechanisms to ensure compliance, security, and governance across infrastructure and application deployments.
Policy Portal Development and Maintenance
Requirements
1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Experience in policy writing, automation, and enforcement using GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools.
3. Strong understanding of security principles and compliance frameworks.
4. Proficient in OSCAL, JSON, MDL, XML, ASP.Net, HTML
5. Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and drive continuous improvement in policy automation practices.
7. Knowledge of service journey, UI/UX design principles for visually appealing and user-friendly portal.
8. Familiar with agile development and system integration via APIs.
GitLab
1. Proficiency in managing code repositories, branching, merging, issues tracking, resolving conflicts, version controls etc
2. GitLab Workflow: Understanding of GitLab workflows, including creating branches, committing changes, and managing project milestones.
3. GitLab Administration: Knowledge of GitLab administration tasks such as user management, permissions, and project settings.
4. GitLab API: Familiarity with GitLab API for automating tasks, integrating with other tools, and extending GitLab's functionality.
5. Git Security: Awareness of GitLab security features and best practices for securing code repositories and pipelines
Others
9. Have skills in OSCAL, JSON, MDX, XML, ASP.Net, HTML
10. Proficient in Python and JavaScript
11. Have data analytics skills in Tableau and Ms Excel (advanced features)
12. Have experience in agile development lifecycle
