Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Understand the needs and requirements of clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Training provided.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
