Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute pre-sales strategies in alignment with overall sales objectives and company goals.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define target markets, identify key prospects, and tailor pre-sales approaches to address specific customer needs and challenges.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and solutions, as well as industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Engage directly with prospective clients to understand their business requirements, technical challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops to showcase the value proposition of our solutions and address customer concerns.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to design customized solutions that meet customer requirements and align with their strategic objectives.
- Develop high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation to articulate the benefits and features of our solutions and address customer needs effectively.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights, recommendations, and best practices to support their decision-making process and foster long-term partnerships
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including solution scoping, pricing negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing activities to enhance the sales team's understanding of technical features, competitive positioning, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles within the software, technology, or IT industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Solid technical background and proficiency in understanding complex technical concepts and translating them into business value.
- Familiarity with eProcurement systems, UI/UX revamping of legacy systems, Cloud Computing and Software as a Service
