Job Description:
• Responsible for planning and execution of all M&E periodic preventive maintenance, repair and replacement program
• To procure service contracts and liaise with relevant service providers to implement the rectification works.
• In charge for Investigation of M&E issues, review technical recommendations and solutions from service providers or outsourced contractors on any technical issues.
• To manage and execute the M&E upgrading projects.
• Responsible for plan, control, organise and monitor all property M&E operations to ensure compliance with building safety requirements and regulatory requirements.
• To propose, plan, coordinate Opex and Capex projects and tenant improvement works.
• Supporting the budgeting process and tracks the cost controlling of expenses.
• To Manage 3rd party service providers, e.g. managing agents, outsourced vendors, term contractors, etc.
• Make sure the KPIs of services providers are met and provide service level assessment for renewal of contracts.
• Make sure the timely and cost-effective renewal of contracts and regulatory licenses.
• Managing quotation and tender processes from drafting of specifications to contract administration.
• To liaise with tenants or external stakeholders to resolve maintenance and project related matters.
• Responsible to Implement and manage the building sustainability initiatives.
• Any other duties allocated/assigned.
Requirements:
• Minimum diploma or equivalent study qualification in building related field (building, Facility Management, Mechanical and Electrical)
• Minimum 3 years work experience in facility management environment will be an advantage
• Fire Safety Manager (FSM) qualification will be an advantage
• Good computer literacy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc)
• An eye for detail
• Pro-active and responsible team player who is able to complete assigned tasks with little supervision
