- Position : Customer Support Officer (Ecommerce Platform) – Up to $3700 - EAST – Changi Business Park
- Location : East – Changi Business Park Crescent (2 Bus Stops From Expo MRT Station)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3700 + Variable Bonus + Up to 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Coverage Of Up to $400

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide first level customer support and services on how to use the e-commerce platform
- Follow up enquiries or problems reported by customer and ensure prompt response and effective resolution
- Bridge between technical team and customers to communicate problems and solutions
- Perform daily & weekly operational processes on case logging, data handling and reporting
- Maintain accuracy and effectiveness of customer care knowledge base and business process document
- Provide training to the new customers if needed
- Other administrative duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in any discipline with minimum 1 year working experience in a customer services environment.
- Knowledge and experiences in e-Commerce would be advantageous
