You will be part of a team setup dedicated to our customer. You are responsible to manage an operational team to deliver cost effective operations whilst achieving the expected Key Performance Indicator (KPI) performance. You will also act as the primary interface with the customer and to constantly strive to improve what we do from both a cost and service perspective.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of delivery operations regarding fleet recruitment, performance & infrastructure and live operations.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management

- Proactively follow up to resolve issues and conflicts when necessary
- Ensure that Logistics services are delivered in accordance to Company’s rules and international laws and regulations
- Communicate and ensure that stakeholders’ expectations are well managed
- Coach and develop team members to achieve desired goals and results
- Promote and adopt safe workplace culture and practices within Department and with Logistics Providers
Requirements:
- Should have Class 3 drivers licence
