- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, addressing questions about our programs, activities, and services.
- Assist customers with registrations, and payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Provide guidance and support to customers experiencing difficulties or needing additional assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay updated about our programs to effectively communicate with customers and promote participation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult or demanding customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
