Key Features of the Position
Responsible for brand relationships, enhance processes and build on principal-distributor satisfaction:
- Primary point of contact for brand executives and key stakeholders for each assigned account
- Advise key brands on how to increase online sales through merchandising, promotion planning and onsite marketing activities
- Manage fast growing E-commerce sales through principal owner’s webstore or other online channels including Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon, Redmart, Tik Tok et cetera
- Implement E-commerce initiatives from planning to execution
- Ensure regular reviews are carried out with brand principals, and ascertain their needs are met
- Identify and anticipate opportunities for enhancements and potential new services
- Inventory management, which includes forecast and ordering
- Build E-Commerce KPI report and analyse performance data for trend analysis, and define future growth opportunities
- Present analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent working experience
- Strong E-commerce and online understanding with at least 1 year experience in an E-commerce company. Experience with a leading FMCG or retail background would be a bonus
- Demonstrated track record of market/marketplace play and management
- Strong project management skill with analytical and data driven mindset
- Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools
- A natural communicator, both written & verbal
- Team player with strong collaboration skills and integrity
