Our client is a Government Linked Company in the Recreational and Entertainment industry. They are looking for a Manager (Learning & Engagement) to assist their team.
Job Responsibilities:
A. Talent Management
- Implement the Talent Management Framework, encompassing talent identification and maintenance of the talent database.
- Coordinate talent development programs to nurture identified talents.
- Oversee succession planning in collaboration with the Senior Management team and relevant stakeholders.
B. Learning and Development
- Ensure impactful and engaging learning delivery to enrich the learning experience for all participating staff.
- Facilitate negotiations and communication with external training providers regarding learning and networking programs.
- Develop policies related to organizational development and training, such as workforce planning and competency development.
C. Employee Engagement
- Implement initiatives and programs aimed at fostering positive employee relations and engagement.
- Supervise staff communications to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of HR information.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, & Word).
