Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
- Conduct client needs assessments to understand their insurance requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Present and explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Customize insurance proposals and quotes based on client needs and budget considerations.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to effectively position insurance products and remain competitive.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics set by management.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
