Responsibilities:
- Perform timely inventory planning to ensure fulfilment of customers' orders
- Perform inventory control and monitor stock movement
- Responsible for sourcing, evaluation and purchasing of materials
- Negotiate with vendors for competitive prices and quality
- Prepare purchasing document, quotation, tender, agreement and contracts
- Process purchaser evaluation report and suggest the award of tenders
- Prepare reports and statistics for management
- Monitor and ensure on time delivery to ensure customer fulfilment
- Ensure compliance on quality standards, procurement policies and procedures
- Responsible for troubleshooting and constant review or inventory-related projects or requirements
- Identify new and potential suppliers to expand supplier based to improve sourcing capabilities
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 - 3 years of purchasing and procurement experience
