Responsibilities:
- Develop and create business plans and sales proposals.
- Taking care of key accounts and maintain good customer relationship.
- Efficiently utilize company resources for business profitability and efficiency.
- Create intervention strategies to mitigate gaps in delivery of logistics business.
- Involve with company projects management and ensure project success.
- Develop projects plans and ensure completion within project budget.
- Provide updates or reports to management and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and practices.
- Conduct industry or competitors analysis and provide data insights.
- Provide improvement plans on operational flows to maximize operational excellence.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in business development/ account management, preferably from logistics/ shipping industry.
- Prior experience handling public sector business will be an added advantage.
