Job Description
- Transfer clients to and from home
- Transfer residents to and from medical appointments (TCU),
- Transfer residents for outdoor activities, etc
- When there is no TCU, assist and support SLC/Rehab activities (10am to 12noon) or 1pm to 4pm
- Maintain the cleanliness and function of the transporter
- Check to ensure transporter is equipped for usage
- Transfer documents, donations and etc.. between centres
- Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by the Management
- Transport residents and clients to their assigned destination.
- Familiarized and master to operate all equipment in your assigned vehicle.
- Safe transferring of wheelchair residents and clients when using wheelchair ramp.
- Assist to ensure passengers’ safety during alighting and boarding.
- Ensure passengers and contents are safety strapped and secured before every trip.
- Support and complete any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
- Support and complete all assigned duties.
- Report and highlight any incidents or abnormalities to your supervisor immediately.
- Understand all ASH SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
Requirement
- More than 5 years of experience as Driver
- Class 3 Driving License
