Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end operations of vessels, adhering to charter party terms
- Relaying of voyage instructions
- Manage port calls & vessel expenses
- Maintain close communication with Masters, to ensure cargo stowage, operations in accordance with the local requirements
- Perform post-fixture activities (handling freight invoices, demurrage/despatch and verifying port disbursement accounts)
- Close monitoring of the vessel’s movement and performance
- Resolving operational issues to ensure the smooth running of voyages
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Maritime / Shipping industry
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in dry bulk vessel / charterer's office
