- Position : Preschool Principal (International Preschool/Farrer Park) - Up to $6000
- Location : Central - Farrer Park
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | Flexible timing - 8 hours a day
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6000 + up to 3 Months Performance Bonus* + 14 - 18 Days Annual Leaves + Birthday Leave + Medical Benefits $350 per year

Main Responsibilities:
- Foster a warm and positive, people-oriented, culture in the centre that is visible to the team, children and parents.
- Strong ownership over the centre and essentially the go-to person for all stakeholders and matters relating to the centre, with an unrelenting emphasis on safety.
- Drive the design of inspiring environments and encourage an openness that stimulates teachers' and children’s interest in inquiry and learning.
- Work closely with teaching and support staff and back each other up as a team when needed.
- Maintain warm relations with parents to foster tight home-school partnership.
- Be the face of the centre and to chip in on marketing, enrolment and staff recruitment matters.
- Proactive, willing to roll up sleeves, get hands dirtied and to devote copious amounts of time on the ground.
Requirements:
- Educational qualifications recognised by the Singapore Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) for registration as a Centre Principal.
- Genuine passion and patience with children and someone who see this as more than a job.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Open-minded, innovative and entrepreneurial.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English to converse and communicate with children and parents who can only speak mandarin
