Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily billing and issuing of invoices to customers
- Verify invoice accuracy
- Attend to any billing queries
- Provide accounting support
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
- GCE ‘N’/’O’ level or equivalent
- Min 1 year of related experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics industry.
- Proficient in MS-Office applications
- Prior experience with Cargowise system is a bonus
- Proficient in Basic English
- Organised and meticulous
- Great sense of responsibilities and commitment
- Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn
- Team player
