Job Description:
- Fully committed to the discovery and development of innovative projects in digital banking, cash management, payments and/or Trade Finance domains
- Drive identification of requirements across business units
- Attending Business User Workshop for gathering the requirement
- Closely working with other stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, and communicating effectively and efficiently
- Closely work with the testing team and attending the testing meetings
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Should have worked as a Business Analyst in the last 2 years of with digital banking, cash management, payments and/or Trade Finance domains experience
- Ideal candidate should have good exposure to Consumer/Retail Banking/Transaction Banking/Cash Management/Payments/Trade Finance
- Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
- Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
