Role and Responsibilities
- Carry out tasks expected and perform duties and responsibilities as Human Resource Executive and other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.
- Performs and supports HR practices that process monthly workers’ training, performance, attendance records, local recruitment, and working site arrangements.
- Prepare training plan, submission of training grant/ subsidies, and update training records and expenses.
- Collaborates with the HR team on any and all tasks required for maintaining the highest standards of company HR operation and management
- Perform hours of work as may time to time be required of you and not be entitled to receive any remuneration from work performed outside your normal working hours
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field such as Business Management, or a related discipline is often preferred.
- Knowledge of MOM legislation and regulations, Work Passes, EAs, EFMA, RRA, IRA, CPF, Tax.
