· Position: Broking Executive (100% ACCOUNT SERVICING/NO SALES INVOLVED)
· Location: Raffles Quay (Walking Distance from MRT)
· Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am - 6pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 16 Days AL + Flexi Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
· Provide insurance broking advice and insurance placement for clients
· Liaise with clients to understand their insurance needs and advise them on the available insurances coverage available
· Obtain relevant underwriting information from client for submission to underwriters for quotation and terms
· Reviewing rates, terms and conditions of quoted insurances and advising clients accordingly
· Monitoring respective clients' statement of accounts regularly and ensuring that any outstanding payments are collected from client
· Reviewing the list of renewal business on a daily basis and ensuring that necessary action is taken to renew clients' expiring policies where applicable and necessary
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
· Possess a Diploma in any Discipline
· At least 1 year of working experience in insurance/bank etc
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Required to take the Commercial General Insurance (CGI) certificate (fully funded by company), if candidate does not possess the certificate
· Training is provided
