Job Description:
-Establishing, sustaining, and evaluating a work schedule
-Ensuring projects adhere to budget and schedule constraints.
-Coordinating with surveyors, engineers, and architects
-Generating progress updates and projections for team members, clients, and stakeholders
-Segmenting extensive tasks into developmental phases
-Utilizing project management utilities to schedule timelines
-Developing backup plans for potential timeline alterations
-Performing additional tasks as directed by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
-Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil and/or Construction Engineering
-Proficient in basic structural drawing comprehension, MS Office, Autocad
-Attentive to detail and capable of error detection
-Preferably 3 years of professional experience
-Familiarity with 3D modeling software
-Exhibiting robust leadership abilities, self-motivation, and problem-solving initiative
-Available to commence work immediately or with short notice.
