Job Description
We are a cleaning company specializing in home, office & commercial cleaning & disinfection services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of workers to complete the assigned jobs on site
- Responsible for training and to oversee the operations
- Supervise work performance to ensure cleaning is carried out in adherence to organisational SOP
- Inspection of the work environment
- Resolve and handle customers’ issues / requests / feedback promptly with strong follow-up actions
- Feedback on staff’s work performance and attitude
- Ability to operate machinery & equipment and to ensure their upkeep and maintenance
- Assist in inventory management as and when required
- Ensure workplace safety and hygiene handling
Requirements:
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Possess initiative with good learning mindset
- Strong leadership skills with maturity to lead a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and responsible
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals handling and machinery will be advantageous
- Able to be on standby for 24/7 operation
Salary Package & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to $4,000 (depending on experience)
- OT Pay + Allowance
