You will assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will be responsible for all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance, etc. The company has a HRMS system (Info-Tech) for routine HR duties and encourages automation / digitalization of all routine HR functions.
- Draft and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's overall objectives
- Recruitment / Talent acquisition
- On Boarding: Conduct orientation, employee handbook, company rules & culture
- HRIS system Administrator
- Employee relations and welfare
- Performance Appraisals
- Training & Development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
- Organise Company Internal Newsletter
- Compensation and Benefits
- Oversee IT departments
Requirement
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in an HR role
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software applications
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Experienced with Info-Tech HRIS will be added bonus
