- Delivering conscientious service, maintenance, and installation solutions to our clientele with a high level of professionalism.
- Precisely identify, address, and maintain products to ensure optimal functionality.
- Evaluate product performance and quality, promptly informing the Technical Director of any decline.
- Conduct thorough testing and inspections on completed goods to address any quality concerns and implement necessary remedies.
- Offer support and technical assistance to project clients as required.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed by the Technical Director or management.
- Attain departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
