Job description
- Promote and build good relationship with stakeholders
- Handle grievances, resolve conflicts and negotiate collective agreements
- Plan and organize promotional activities and social events to expand membership base
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential industry partners to grow membership base
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions that add value
Requirements
- Minimum O' Level English grade B3
- Minimum 5 years experience in any field
- Voluntary experience is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills required for the engagement of high level industry partners
- Positive, passionate and collaborative
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to think on-the-feet
