Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and liaise with main contractor, consultants, sub-contractors
- Supervise and check subcontractors’ works according to design drawings, specifications, and regulation
- Prepare design presentation, conceptual and schematic designs
- Prepare catalogues and drawings from design intent and submit for approvals
- Monitor design development and liaise with consultants on design issues
- Issue drawings to subcontractors and liaise with them for technical issues
- Carry out Architectural Coordiantor works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation
- Carry out site inspection and make sure that it conforms with the drawings
- Assist Project Manager to monitor site progress and prepare weekly progress reports
- Coordinating with subcontractors on site matters
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with a main construction firm
- Be able to read and understand construction drawings
- Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
