- Understanding on SME's requirements and computing the industrial demand.
- Evaluate the team productivity and performance with Sales & Marketing team
- Updation & Upkeep of ISO 9000, ISO 17025 Quality documents to meet latest requiremnts.
- Business Development, Contract Negotiation and Customer relations.
- Report generation of Calibration Certificates with uncertainity based on ISO/IEC 17025 std.
- Assist in service of the faculty instruments / components.
