Summary:
- Project involves Subscriber Data Management (SDM) involving the HLR, HSS and UDM and a backend repository.
- The Engineer will be involve in testing and analysing the results of the test.
- The Engineer needs to have certain experience in the System, well verse in the protocols; diameter, SS7/MAP and http etc.
- Project will be on contract under agency (3 - 6 months , Extendable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, vertical and horizontal integration, operations support of Subscriber Data Management Network Elements
- Support and lead witness testing during UAT along with Customer.
- Creating detailed MOP (Method Of Procedure) documents for planned changes in customer platform, reviewing and validating MOP internally and with customer to get customer approval.
- Execution MOPs on customer platform during designated maintenance windows (including night time if required).
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and suggest/perform corrective or preventative maintenance actions on issues reported by customers. Provide in depth investigation of critical escalated issues.
- Use and apply Integration and Support processes, policies & tools documentation.
- To support the successful integration of new systems, products, services and validation campaigns to assure the quality of the deliveries through technical and commercial launch
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by providing services fully compliant with the SLA.
- Ensure every customer reported issue is properly documented for tracking purposes and learning opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication or Computer Science or related field.
- 3 years of progressive experience as Subscriber Data Management Engineer in telecommunication industry
