Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of departmental records and databases.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for department staff.
- Assist in new staff onboarding by preparing necessary equipment and uniforms.
- Coordinate internal communications and announcements.
- Welcome visitors, manage meeting room bookings, and organize catering as required.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and mail.
- Organize documents for shipment and liaise with suppliers.
- Provide administrative support to the department.
- Distribute incoming emails and faxes to relevant personnel.
- Schedule customer visits according to instructions.
- Retrieve and organize customer data for visits.
- Compile monthly reports for AGM and sales team.
- Monitor material status for spare part orders from suppliers.
- Keep customers informed about their spare part orders.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any fields.
- At least 2 years of experience as office admin executive
